Radio Clubs

The Splitrock Amateur Radio Association (SARA) Inc., is a non-profit organization formed of FCC licensed Amateur Radio Operators which supports itself through membership fees and funds derived from organized club events, e.g. the North Jersey Hamfest and club auctions. While SARA is based in Morris County, New Jersey, its members are also drawn from the Tri-State area (Northern NJ, Northeast PA, and Southeast NY) SARA offers its members social activities, public service activities as well as technical activities related to the amateur radio service.  To do this we sponsor several radio and non-radio events each year. ·         ARRL Field Day (Emergency Exercise) ·         The North Jersey Hamfest ·         SARA Holiday Party
