About
This group supports Mercer County ARES and the State of NJ RACES programs. We provide monthly training at the radio stations installed at our served agencies - Mercer County Office of Emergency Management, Princeton Red Cross Chapter, and NJ Office of Emergency Management.
We own and maintain the W2MER repeater (147.105+, 123.0) that is used for weekly nets and during emergency drills and activations. It is open for general use at other times. We also actively support Winlink usage.
We encourage members to achieve training in emergency management from FEMA and ARRL.
